Regular product range extension
Skonto Prefab started its operations as hollow core slab producer. Over 10 years, since foundation of the enterprise, different product groups are added to the initial product range including columns, pre–stressed beams, stairs elements, wall panels (sandwich panels, socle panels, massive wall panels, design panels), filigree slabs.
Non–standard production
Skonto Prefab long term experience in concrete element production and highly qualified workforce are prerequisites to offering also non–standard production: sandwich walls with brick and tile surfaces, sandwich walls with matrix texture surfaces, round elements, elements for passive houses.
Individual approach towards clients
Skonto Prefab practices individual approach to clients’ needs identifing and implementation. Any product order or client wish is viewed as individual project and Skonto Prefab capabilities are adapted to clients’ needs. Skonto Prefab does not apply mass producer’s principles and standartized solutions to all clients.
